How quickly we reply
We return every message within one business day, and usually the same day. If your household is without heat right now, please call rather than email so we can start the same afternoon.
Who you are talking to
A volunteer, not a caseworker. Most of us have been on the other end of one of these calls at some point, and none of us are paid.
